Amanda Solomons has fifteen years of experience in marketing, communications, business development and operations in the arts, not-for-profit and corporate sectors. She is an award-winning marketing leader with expertise in strategy, data, ticketing, branding, advertising and digital.

Her work has won at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, London International Design Awards and various awards in the Asia Pacific.

In her current role as Marketing Manager at the MCA, Amanda works across exhibitions, audience engagement, philanthropy and revenue-raising activities as well as on a strategic level as part of the senior leadership team driving the direction and operations of the museum. Amanda has a Bachelor of Design with majors in Communication and Architecture.

Amanda’s background in design drives her passion for art and creativity. She enjoys connecting audiences of all ages, abilities and backgrounds with the ideas of contemporary artists, to break down barriers and to inspire creative thinking and problem-solving.
