Museum and Exhibition Project Manager at the Deutsches Filminstitut & Filmmuseum in Frankfurt am Main
Tim Heptner is a museum and exhibition project manager. He currently works as collections registrar and touring manager. His most important project is the all-aspect-management of THE STANLEY KUBRICK EXHIBITION, which he has co-curated in 2004, and which has been touring under his supervision to 20 venues on five continents so far.
He is working for the DFF – Deutsches Filminstitut & Filmmuseum in Frankfurt am Main, where he has curated, produced, promoted and toured exhibitions and related events for more than 15 years.
He has a background in film and literature studies, political science and law, and graduated with a master thesis on French director Robert Bresson.
